argus
Context: With AI rapidly transforming industries, ethical governance and content regulation are more important than ever. I set out to build two systems: one that governs AI models for ethical compliance, and another that automatically detects explicit content in videos, ensuring they meet global regulatory standards.
Challenge: The challenge was twofold: develop a governance pipeline to monitor AI models for fairness and compliance, and build a video content regulation system to flag inappropriate material while identifying regions where it could be restricted. Both systems needed to be fast, accurate, and adaptable.
Solution: I created Argus—an AI governance pipeline that audits models in real time for transparency and bias. Alongside this, I developed a video content regulation system that scans videos for explicit material, timestamps violations, and highlights countries with potential restrictions. Integrating APIs like TwelveLabs, the system generates concise reports of flagged content.
Impact: These tools empower organizations to deploy AI responsibly and keep their content aligned with global standards, ensuring ethical AI usage and regulatory compliance across platforms.
