Are We Cooked

Inspiration

Our inspiration comes from the depths of our minds during our ideation process. Coming out of several failed interviews, I started to think to myself subconsciously, "Chat, am I cooked?" This was when my brain decided to start cooking and my ideas were flowing like the river. I realized we could simply just have an application answer that question for us! That is the origin story of 'Are We Cooked?'.

What it does

Are We Cooked takes the information of LinkedIn profiles, Github profiles, and resumes/portfolios; compile the information and send them to an API which will return a score ranging from 1-10 of how cooked you are. A score of 10 is 'Well Done', meaning very cooked, and a score of 1 is 'Raw', meaning not cooked. We are using the steak metric as a funny. 'How well do you want your steak?' is just another way of saying 'How cooked are you?'

What's next for Are We Cooked

We would like to add more features that would allow social interaction between users as we believe that would enhance longevity of the application when the application becomes one that is more enticing to mass share with their friends to compare with each other.
