I led the overall technical development of the project as the tech lead. I designed and implemented the full-stack architecture, including the React frontend, Node.js/Express backend, authentication flow, and API integration. I integrated Gemini to perform AI-powered reasoning for architectural constraint analysis and ensured the system was scalable and production-ready. I also handled deployment, routing, and UI/UX improvements to deliver a complete, functional product within the hackathon timeline.
