Sorry, we meant to update what we learned! Here's what we actually learned:
- How to use Claude. How to prompt the engineer and utilize Claude's skills.
- How damaging invasive species can be for animals and humans alike; for humans, it spreads over a broad spectrum, as well as the economy, threatens food security, and causes diseases and parasites. Originally, we just believed that invasive species were harmful due to the threat they posed to local species, but clearly, there are many more negative effects.
- This was our first hackathon as a team, managing our time well and communicating effectively was hard; there were times when we were unresponsive or felt unmotivated to work. The next hackathon, we'll be sure to set up a system that allows us to make consistent, positive change in order to reach our goals.
