HealthSight AI is an adaptive, non-contact, multi-sensor health screening framework designed for real-time screening of individuals moving through crowded and dynamic environments. The proposed system combines visual imaging, thermal imaging, environmental sensing, geographical location information and artificial-intelligence-based analysis within a single embedded platform. Raspberry Pi 3B+ is used as the central edge-processing unit, while ESP32/ESP32-CAM modules support sensing, image acquisition and wireless communication. Visual and thermal information can be acquired simultaneously and, where multiple cameras are deployed, observations from different directions can be combined to form a multi-view or three-dimensional representation of a moving individual. The acquired information is preprocessed and passed through an AI/ML-based sensor-fusion pipeline to generate a preliminary health-risk assessment. Screening results can be associated with AQI, weather, GPS location and timestamp to provide environmental and geographical context. An OLED display can provide local feedback, while Wi-Fi/Bluetooth enables report transfer and centralized monitoring. An SOS mechanism can transmit emergency information with location data to authorized recipients. Solar-assisted backup power supports outdoor and remote deployment. The framework is intended for screening and health-risk assessment rather than definitive medical diagnosis.
