In this software application, we focus on the delivery of Alberta Strategic Maps (AppStraMaps) for some of the vital Alberta performance metrics such as Energy Consumer Price Index, House Hold Consumer Price Index, Recreational Consumer Price Index, Food Consumer Price Index, Employment Insurance Male/Female, and Employment Full Time. The goal of AppStraMaps is to measure quantitatively speaking (in the range of -1 to 1 where -1 means the most negative impact and 1 means the most positive impact), the change effects (a kind of cause-effect relationships) among the different indicators. For example, the Energy Consumer Price Index vs Employment Full Time strategic map points out that the Energy Consumer Price Index Energy indicator changes has had a negative impact or decrease (-0.4986, quantitatively speaking) in the Employment Full Time indicator along the years 1997 until 2014. By contrast, the Employment Full Time indicator changes has had a positive impact or increase (0.5952, quantitatively speaking) in the Energy Consumer Price Index indicator along the years 1997 until 2014.
