Applying to jobs often means entering the same information over and over. ApplyQueue turns that process into a queue: users save a reusable applicant profile and resume, add job URLs, and an AI-powered cloud browser works through each application.

I built ApplyQueue with Browserbase and Stagehand for browser automation, OpenAI for structured reasoning on ambiguous fields, and Supabase for persistent profiles, application state, and private resume storage. The biggest challenge was making the automation reliable across dynamic ATS pages, especially iframe-heavy forms and unpredictable field structures. I ended up combining deterministic autofill, AI reasoning, and human-in-the-loop review so the system can automate repetitive work without inventing applicant information or submitting anything without review.
