Some of this Customers are educated while some are not.

When this Customers put on an audio calls to the Site Supports Teams/Admin either for Products Purchase, Enquiry or Supports Conversations; Some of this Customers always prefers communicating with the site supports teams in their respective native languages.
Identifying Customers Language in every audio call becomes the first crucial steps in building Customers-Site Admin Communication Supports relationship.

Customers Supports Audio Calls Language Routings: is an Interactive System that leverages Modzy Spoken Language Identification AI to detect Customers language in every audio Calls and then route the Customers Calls to appropriate Calls Language Support Departments. Eg (English Speaking Support Departments, German Speaking Supports Departments etc.)

What It Does

  • The application allows users/customers to uploads the audio call files(.wav) containing his/her call messages or enter an audio call Files url link(in .wav files)

  • The application automatically leverages Modzy Spoken Language Identification AI to detect and analyze the native languages of the Caller/User in the audio files and then route the call to appropriate Supports Team eg. (English Speaking Support Departments, German Speaking Supports Departments etc.) for immediate communications..
