Inspiration
The Indonesian freelance and agency market is huge , 14 million self-employed freelancers, 27 million creative economy workers, $6.5 billion in platform GMV. And they all share one weirdly specific pain: business opportunities don't live on neat job boards. They live in Telegram and Discord groups, buried under memes and "Selamat pagi" greetings, waiting to be plucked by whoever scrolls fastest.
So we built Apparadar.
What it does Apparadar is
a 6-agent autonomous system that turns Telegram and Discord group chatter into ready-to-send proposals.
Here's what a user experiences:
Day 0 , They install our Telegram bot, paste their portfolio and services, and add Apparadar to a few groups they already hang out in as an Admin. Day 1 onwards, They go about their lives. No checking. No scrolling. The moment a real opportunity surfaces , say someone in @WebDevID asks "Ada yang bisa bantu buat landing page urgent?", Apparadar takes 45 seconds to: Detect it (Kiyo, the scout) Score it 1–10 against the user's profile (APPA, the orchestrator) Research the asker, past posts, LinkedIn, company (Pippi + Cepoy) Draft a personalized proposal in the user's writing style with competitive Indonesian-market pricing (Pippoy), DM the whole package, opportunity summary, "Why Apparadar flagged this" card, and copy-paste-ready proposal (Piyo). The user reviews and sends. That's the only manual step. Every Monday morning at 07:00 WIB, Cepoy runs a contact-intelligence digest, enriching the LinkedIn profiles of leads from the past week and generating warm intro messages. And APPA rewrites its own scoring criteria every Friday based on the ✅/❌ feedback users give.
