About the Project

APP-MODULAR is a modular business platform designed to connect the entire order workflow in one system: product catalog, checkout, payments, preparation times, internal operations, delivery management, and thermal printing.

Customers can browse products, place an order, choose a payment method, and receive an estimated preparation time. The order then appears instantly in the operations panel, where the business can manage its status, preparation sectors, delays, and delivery assignment. Delivery drivers use a separate interface to take available orders, while thermal tickets can be printed automatically for each work area.

The platform is not limited to restaurants. Its modular structure allows it to be adapted to different businesses by changing the catalog and enabling specific modules. The current demo includes both a restaurant profile and an optical store profile.

I am Gustavo Melogno, from Uruguay, 60 years old, with no previous programming experience. I designed the concept, workflows, business rules, and testing process, while building the application through collaboration with ChatGPT and Codex.
