Accomplishments that we're proud of
A working photo-to-Win-Card pipeline. Camera, capture, Supabase upload, feed display — the core loop runs.
A landing page and brand that feels like a real product, not a hackathon mockup.
Every product decision can point to a principle behind it. Self-Determination Theory, the Progress Principle, ADHD reward research not vibes.
Building something I'd actually open. That's the test.
What we learned
— Naming who it's for makes it stronger, not smaller. "For ADHD brains" beat "for everyone" the moment we said it out loud.
— Designing for your own brain is a cheat code if you're honest. "Would I open this at 11pm when I don't want to?" was the only question that mattered.
— What you cut matters more than what you ship. We killed more than we made, and the survivors were better for it.
What's next for Apollo
— Finish the iOS build. Camera, Win Card, feed, friends, reactions, streaks the full v1 loop.
— Closed beta with 50 users.
— Ship Challenges. Shared goals, shared stakes, the strongest accountability lever we haven't built.
— Stay focused. Apollo is for ADHD brains first. The day we start designing for everyone, we lose what makes it work.
