Inspiration

Sometimes I get stuck in my own head. I know there are action items I should be working on, but when anxiety kicks in, everything feels overwhelming and fuzzy. I lose focus, and instead of moving forward, I spiral. I needed a tool to save my decision-making, not by giving me a perfect plan, but by giving me a good direction and clear steps.

What it does

AnxioQuest transforms anxious thoughts into actionable quests. You type or speak a worry, the app breaks it into small, concrete steps, and you complete them like game missions. Each quest gives you feedback, XP, and progress — helping you move forward instead of freezing.

How we built it

design with GPT&Gemini, implement with Cursor, test with love

Challenges we ran into

Properly provide the actions for users to complete

Accomplishments that we're proud of

love from friends and family

What we learned

More tokens won't just solve an issue, more issues will be introduced without a good context focus.

What's next for AnxioQuest

Web and iOS since using Kotlin
