To overcome anxiety/depression, it helps to make a log of your triggers and learn how to face them. This app will help with that. I've been through anxiety and depression and know many who are affected by it, and I hope that someday, I can be of some help. This isn't in a state to help much right now, but eventually it will be.
Note: I have nothing to demo. I lost some code, and I simply wasn't able to grasp what I needed to make an MVP to show.
