Inspiration
The inspiration of this project is the increasing demand for sustainable energy solutions. We want to empower individuals and communities to trade solar directly.
What it does
ANTN is a decentralized peer-to-peer solar trading platform. It allows users to buy and sell excess energy within their community. It utilizes fetch.ai agents and real market data to ensure transparent and fair transactions.
How we built it
We build ANTN with python, flask, fetch.ai, html, and javascript.
Challenges we ran into
We ran into challenges installing fetch.ai, getting two agents to communicate locally, and integrating our live data into our web application
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of our perseverance in the face of seemingly infinite error messages. We are proud of the creativity of our project concept.
What we learned
We learned about the challenges of developing a multi-faceted web application in 24 hours. The technical skills that are required. The power of caffeine, sleep, and food. We learned about perseverance.
