Social media addiction is highly prevalent today - especially for those of us moving away from our parents this year. The goal of the AntiProcrastinator is to permanently curb your addiction through negative feedback (which is really just a euphemism for giving the user a little slap every time they compulsively check their phone :). It accomplishes this by grabbing the current tab URL in a chrome extension, comparing it to a list of taboo websites, and communicating with an Arduino robot over serial connection when it's uh- time to deliver. With the AntiProcrastinator, students do better and parents have to do discipline their kids less - it's a win-win!
In the future, the goal is for the user to be able to add websites of their own choice using the TaiPy APi
