What it does:

This app identifies CDR regions given the heavy and light chain variable regions of any antibody according to a chosen numbering scheme.

Built using vibe coding in Bolt.new!

What's next for Antibody CDR Parser:

--Ensure each antibody modality has the correct number of input boxes. --Validate CDR regions were identified correctly via cross-referencing to IMGT, Kabat, and/or Chothia databases.
--Incorporate user authentication sessions. --Incorporate Supabase for data storage to keep track of what antibody sequences were already queried.
