Inspiration

Our inspiration was that of it being a dumb enough idea to be good. It- uh- I- the basic premise was you cuss, we delete system 32 but we kinda didn't wanna sacrifice a whole computer.

What it does

Whenever you say a bad word, it immediately sends an email to your parents. If you do it more than once, your search history is doomed.

How we built it

We built it all in python and database.

Challenges we ran into

The challenges we ran into consisted of having to install python dependencies in order to get anything to run (especially on mac) as well as figuring out how exactly to make things work with one another. (especially customtkinter)

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of gaining the knowledge of how to grab search history as well as speech to text via python.

What we learned

We learned a whole lot about python.

What's next for Anti-Slanderinator

We couldn't include actual bad words because y'know we had to present it to judges (we did not want to swear in front of professor Allan Knight) and so afterwards, we will replace badwords.txt with actual bad words.
