Anti-agile monitor

Inspiration

I wanted to play with kotlin , so from a brainstorm the anti agile monitor was born. It looked as a funny functional idea. You will think back what the agile principals are and try to do the opposite.

What it does

Monitor build and check git commits, every commit it coupled to a story. And to the story are connected to developers. So you can easily blame the person that breaks things and even give point to people that worked faster than the estimated time.
