Inspiration

Actually I just started the journey of learning web dev and then I heared about this MLH Month Long Hackathon. So i decided to join this as i don't know the much of the things but I think like its also a beginner friendly hackathon so why should i didn't join it. In the worst case I will make a worst looking and working website so in that motivation i start building this project.

What it does

It actually a website in which student can ask doubts, problem or they can interact on a particular issue.

How we built it

This website build using various frameworks and libraries, like in frontend the website uses React to handle state management and routes to manage page locations. Material UI and Tailwind CSS to make it pretty. And in backend we use Node.js and Express.js to handel the backend requests and create a backend server which uses different react libraries like axios to fetch the data from the servers etc. Data is stored using MongoDB database and using Google Firebase to authenticate the users while loging.

Challenges we ran into

I faced numerous challanges while making this project, believe me sometimes I spend 7 hours straight while solving issues, and there is a time I almost half done with the project I got stuck into an error and I need to restart the whole project from beginning. Im not a professional react developer so I need to google a lot. Sometimes i thought that i will quite this challenge but later on I think that the people around the world as gone through the same path as where Im so why I can't do that.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

So throughtout the project I learned a alot, I learned so many concepts of react, Javascript and MongoDB, and how to design a website neatly using Tailwind CSS.

What we learned

Now i can understand that you can do anything just by a little patience and hardwork, now I will continue my journey of learning webdev.

What's next for AnswerMeNow

The website isn't complete right now I can work on this website by adding more options like making a groups, implement a live chat options, improving its UI etc.
