Inspired by a conversation with my uncle, who wrestled with endless paperwork at his hospital and psychiatric clinic, Anroy is a single-platform, automatic note-generation and patient-management system that finishes a clean draft before a session ends—no typing required—while handling every format (insurance packets, SOAP, SOIP, DAP, progress and discharge notes, med-change addenda, outcome measures, referral letters, and practice-specific variations); clinicians can instantly review a patient’s full timeline through an intuitive portal, and Anroy already delivers cohesive, end-to-end workflow across 30-plus psychiatry groups, with one-click insurance-portal integration coming next; our toughest engineering hurdle has been letting users supply completely custom templates—teaching the AI to interpret arbitrary placeholders and getting the frontend to weave real-time transcription into each bespoke layout took months of NLP, parsing, and UI work—yet that breakthrough now lets Anroy reproduce any template flawlessly and keeps doctors focused on care, not clerical chores.
