I was inspired to do this project while I was working on a bigger Terraria mod known as the Spirit Mod. The lead developer Yuyutsu was interested in Borderlands and we spent a lot of time planning on adding a secret easter egg somewhere in the mod, but eventually, he became incredibly busy and had to leave the project, so I tried to develop it myself with no C# knowledge and it expanded into a large solo project and I developed art/code for nearly 50 different weapons. Each of these has a very similar identity to its counterpart in Borderlands but is reformatted to fit the Terraria style. I'm incredibly happy with how the final project turned out, and I learned a ton about coding, not to mention translating 3D models and geometry into pixel art.
