What it does
Bicycle route planner (Web + App) that recommends safer / smoother routes using open data + city sensor signals. Safety & comfort scoring per road segment (ex: crash risk, night visibility, speed limit, slope, bike-lane presence, construction). Data ingestion pipeline to collect, clean, geocode, and update multiple datasets (maps, crash/incident data, traffic signals, user reports). User feedback loop (report hazards, near-misses, blocked lanes) + moderation rules. City-facing dashboard for planners (heatmaps, top risk corridors, before/after metrics after interventions). Privacy & compliance basics (PII minimization, anonymization, consent, retention rules). Notification System for new persistent hazards on active route (road closure, obstacles).
