By understanding user's pain points, we designed a meaningful data visualisation tool that integrates data from various sources.
Challenges we ran into
- Hard to secure time with auditors to do user testing because of their hectic schedules.
- Other software programmes exist to help alleviate tedious tasks i.e. processing of invoices into general ledger line times; we did not want to reinvent the wheel.
