What it does

It asks a patient why they are referred, does the full history, confirms comorbiditied, queries the EHR to make patient specific questions and reports all results to the EHR

How we built it

Using Langchain, OpenAI, PhenoML

Challenges we ran into

Operational workflow, chatbot memory, multiple FHIR resources at the same time. Hard to take the text and convert to multiple FHIR resources
