Investing in startups is only allowed to certain investors, and not available for everyone.

What it does

Lets individuals invest in startups using the blockchain.

How we built it

A react-native mobile app, with the backend in Node.js and Near Protocol.

Challenges we ran into

The library for nearlib was in the early phases.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We implemented a working demonstration of the Near blockchain.

What we learned

Learned to build a blockchain application, creating tokens, designing an app from scratch, building a react native app, working as a team in a fast paced environment.

What's next for Stock Coin

Flush out the pricing mechanism for the coins and user test the investment process.
