We wanted to have patients, especially seniors navigate their healthcare needs like prescription management adn sijmple queries. A lot of the time they are alone and mobile apps require viewing smaller screens , so we are building a voice enabled platform to handle this need.
What it does
Allow Patients to Access their Prescription Information Get Reminders on their daily prescription, upcoming appointments, confirm compliance and more.. Request Re-Order of Repeat Prescriptions. Access important information & instructions on Prescription and more.. Access Emergency Healthcare.
Allow Physicians to Access/ Add/ Update Prescriptions for Patients Get Information on Compliance Get Analytics on the Patient Auto Follow up with Patients Inform of upcoming checkups and other schedules

Documentation for Alexa was a challenge initially Training Alex and coming up with Conversation Intent Assessments Data to support the Voice API.
