Like my other project, this is not an app - and not eligible for a prize. I'm not even sure how my first project (The Doctors and the Coronavirus) ended up on this website. But since it did get here somehow, I figured I may as well add this second project, then submit them, to give anyone interested some reading matter. This may not be an app itself, but surely it describes the universe and space-time as the ultimate app.
After a couple of hours trying, I was unable to meet the severe word limit without deleting so many parts of my essay that much of it became unintelligible. So I've deleted almost everything (including the references). All that remains is the abstract - if you're interested in reading something similar to my proposed essay, please follow the link provided in the abstract's 1st paragraph.

ABSTRACT
According to Wikipedia - "Bell's theorem proves that quantum physics is incompatible with local hidden variable theories." ("local" theories state that an object is directly influenced only by its immediate surroundings, and that there is no action at a distance i.e. no quantum entanglement) As Bell wrote later, "If [a hidden-variable theory] is local it will not agree with quantum mechanics, and if it agrees with quantum mechanics it will not be local." (Bell, John S. [1987]. Speakable and Unspeakable in Quantum Mechanics. Cambridge University Press. p. 65) So the conclusion seems to be that a future theory of quantum gravity, or Theory of Everything, can indeed contain Hidden Variables as long as it also embraces quantum entanglement. Science moves very rapidly sometimes. Current astrophysics courses are built on the nearly century-old tradition of interpreting quantum mechanics in terms of probability. However, in 2019 it was reported by Zlatko Minev in Nature and arXiv about his team’s experiment in which the evolution of each completed quantum jump - transition of an electron between the ground state and a higher orbital, and vice versa - is continuous and deterministic. (reference labelled 0 in honour of the zeroth law of thermodynamics) According to Wikipedia, "This result calls for a full reassessment of the standard interpretation of Quantum Mechanics, which is built on the assumption that there is no hidden variable".
In relation to Quantum Spin, Wolfgang Pauli in 1924 was the first to propose a doubling of electron states due to a two-valued non-classical "hidden rotation". Extending the ideas of “doubling”, “two-valued” and “hidden rotation” to the Mobius strip being a basic, fundamental unit of reality; it can be seen that Pauli’s proposal has an analogy to this article. The doubled Mobius strips produced by the two-valued binary-digit system can be used to form the universe, they give that cosmos Artificial Intelligence (AI), and they create the figure-8 Klein bottle (plus its hidden, now identified as adaptive Wick, rotation which is consistent with Special Relativity).
What kind of program could produce the universe from this AI system of binary digits? A model of the cosmos might be built that uses pi and "imaginary time" to remove all boundaries between the two universes. This enables them to become one Augmented Reality (known now as technology that layers computer-generated enhancements onto an existing reality but seen here as the related layering of virtual reality onto other points in time and space by means of wormholes).
