Inspiration

As a freshman at university, I needed an effective tool that would help me improve my coding skills. That's why I created a SkillHub.

What it does

It provides exercises for aspiring, experienced, or master coders. The user needs to provide the info on: the programming language/technology/level. The app generates a task, with additional tips. Users can ask questions in the chatbox that acts as a professional tutor for guidance. Also, it gives you some motivational haikus!

How I built it ##

I specifically described what the app should do in a prompt. I changed the underlying prompts of some of the widgets to get better accuracy in answers.

Challenges I ran into

I had to specifically describe that I don't want "storytelling", I needed facts and info that is true.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I have an app that works and got a better understanding of the models.

What we learned

I understood what certain foundation models work best for.

What's next for SkillHub - Coding Skills Assessment and Training Application ##

I'd love to take it to the Bedrock and develop a full app!
