Inspiration

We were inspired by the educational games of our childhood that were both fun and a good learning experience.

What it does

Users can play educational mini games, earn points (flies), and customize their frog with accessories.

How we built it

We used Javascript, HTML, and CSS to build this project.

Challenges we ran into

We tried to add authentication so that users points and frog customization could persist, but could not complete the implementation. We also couldn't connect the point system to the frog customization.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of our UI/UX design. We created an aesthetic yet functional design that matches well with our theme. We're proud of our amazing artist that hand drew all of the graphics, and our team for implementing the profile page.

What we learned

We learned how to utilize github to collaborate efficiently. Some of us learned new languages such as css, html, and javascript.

What's next for Amphibian Academy

Next up, we hope to implement the authentication and integrate the point and customization system, which we couldn't get to. We also plan to create more games across the different subjects as well as add new designs and accessories for the frog profile.
