American Product Depot

  American Product Depot multi-sales platform that addresses both DTC and B2B consumer needs.

Inspiration

We wanted to help the PPE / Orthotics brand thrive in the B2B space. We're passionate about helping small businesses, working with new people, and wanted to get more experience in UX design and developing.

What it does

We created a place for users to learn more about the brand, ask questions, get resources and most importantly shop.

How I built it

We first conducted consumer/competitor research, surveys and then created a simple drawn wireframe to design it in Figma. From there we coded the website using React and Javascript HTML/CSS.

Challenges I ran into

The most difficult challenge was the short time for us.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Most proud of having a solid prototype to share in a week with both of us being new to Hackathons.

What I learned

Ben learned about Figma and I learned more about working with others to design/handoff product in a short time frame.

What's next for American Product Depot

We'd like to fully develop the popup states, hover states and complete the backend development.
