Inspiration
As students, we were tired of losing ourselves in 47 browser tabs just to learn one skill. We built Ambyverse to turn that chaos into a community—combining structured, visual roadmaps with a social feed that actually keeps you on track.
What it does
Ambyverse is a social platform where anyone can create, share, and follow visual step-by-step learning roadmaps.
Posts come in two forms — content posts sharing insights and tips, and structured roadmap posts that break a learning journey into clear blocks with time estimates and curated resources. Users follow creators, react and comment, and save anything into a personal archive.
Every day, an AI-curated daily fact keeps the learning habit alive through a streak system.
How we built it
We used React and Vite for the frontend and Supabase as our entire backend — handling authentication, a PostgreSQL database, and real-time feed updates via WebSockets
Challenges we face
Realtime updates, creating the post to move blocks freely and have embeded link was hard. We've talk to other founders and validate with customers and found bugs that we had to fix.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The website having functionality and things working. Built in Authentication with OAuth and google authentication as well
What's next for Ambyverse
Instant Roadmap — describe your learning goal in one sentence and AI generates a full personalised visual path in seconds.
A Teams and Schools tier purpose-built for education, safe for children, with teacher dashboards and curriculum roadmaps. Partnerships with YouTube, Coursera, and Udemy to embed verified content directly into roadmap blocks.
We are building the infrastructure layer for how the next generation learns.
