Inspiration

Meetings move fast - people either scribble messy notes or take none and forget. Existing tools just dump a transcript you still have to dean up. We wanted notes that are right while the conversation is still happening.

What it does

A Copilot listens quietly and turns live talk into dean, structured notes in real-time-auto-tagged as Key Point, Dedsion, Action Item, Question or Note with confidence scores. Flagged notes can be fixed in one tap without stopping capture, then reviewed and exported as Markdown.

How we built it

Frontend with Demo mode playing a scripted stream letter-by-letter, and Live mode consuming a real WebSocket stream. Backend pushes transcript → dassified block done events that the Ul renders instantly. Two-pane scroll windows auto-scroll to newest but stay scrollable for history.

Challenges we ran into

Making both panes truly scrollable without squashing cards-needed exact flex + win-h-e + overflow-y-auto + shrink-e contract. Keeping capture non-blocking while allowing edit/revert HITL, and keeping Demo/Live toggle compatible without a shared backend yet.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

An end-to-end demo that feels real-ghost typing, confidence-flagged cards, one-tap correction, auto-scrolling windows that hide old notes and reveal new ones, plus a dean landing with coming-soon video placeholder. All lint/build dean, frontend-only deploy.

What we learned

Real-time LUX is all about lavout.constraints - small CSS details make or break serall. Confidence thresholds matter for trust, and non-blocking correction is what makes an ambient capture actually useful
