Inspiration

Amazon Navigator Prototype was inspired by a simple problem: people often begin with a clear goal and a good plan, but real life can interrupt progress. When that happens, support should not take control away from the user. I wanted to explore a proactive AI experience that could recognize stalled progress, ask permission before intervening, and help the user re-engage in a respectful and practical way.

What it does

Amazon Navigator Prototype guides the user through a complete recovery workflow:

Goal → Plan → Progress Check-In → Stall Detection → Permission-Based Outreach → Re-engagement → Confirmed Plan Revision.

The system begins with a user-defined goal and plan. It checks progress, identifies when forward movement has stalled, and does not automatically intervene. Instead, it asks the user for permission to provide assistance. Once permission is granted, the prototype demonstrates a simulated Alexa+ re-engagement experience that helps the user return to the goal, revise the plan when circumstances have changed,
