Amazing Outlook

Amazing Outlook extends Microsoft Outlook by adding spot-on productivity features, including:

• Handling our never-ending pile of emails takes more and more time in your daily schedule. But once you answered all your mails, your job is done, right? Unfortunately not... Some mails have to remain in your head because you expect (and are waiting for) an answer. With Amazing Outlook, you can set an "Expect Response Before" so you don't have to track responses yourself. If you did not receive an answer within the specified timeframe, the email will be brought back to your attention, freeing up your mind for more useful stuff.

• Tracking time in Camis is often based on meetings you had. Specifying a workorder on a meeting or appointment will result in the creation of a draft time registration in Camis. All you need to do is review and submit your timesheet at the end of the week.

• Flights are booked through the Business Travel department and corresponding appointments are created in your agenda. Amazing Outlook will monitor time/delays of flights and link back to your appointment. Avoid surprises at the airport.

The tool will include an automated update mechanism so new features can be pushed automatically. Donations will be possible in both bitcoins or flex hours.
