Inspiration

When I was passing from the college, My brother asked me a question which was on defining a word and put that in a sentence pattern. I was not aware of that word's meaning so I'd thought let me google it and get info about it. At that time I felt that - How many times do i have to search for a particular word's meaning and can not get the whole detail of it? So I'd thought about building my own app by which I can search , learn and embrace all by knowledge.

What it does

It simply gives all the information about any word which we supposed to search. It provides definition, antonyms, synonyms, verb, adjective and many other relevant stuff.

How we built it

So basically we used Android studio(kotlin) and used api call by retrofit to fetch the data.

Challenges I ran into

At certain point we can say that the information and words are limiting us to get information. So I'm thinking of having own dataset in which I can include more than one dictionary data.

What I learned

I learned to to be used to with Retrofit to build an app.

What's next for AmarMalaApp

I wanted to add a search bar , in which if we enter a short description of anything, it can provide relevant words with their whole detailed description.
