Inspiration

Alzheimer's is a serious problem among the seniors. Seniors with Alzheimer's are confused, forgetful, ask repetitive questions, and have difficulty with basic reasoning. 6.9 Million Americans over the age of 65 suffer from Alzheimer's. One in Three seniors die from Alzheimer's or dementia. (more than Breast Cancer and Prostate Cancer combined)

Alzheimer's takes a toll on caregivers. 74% are concerned about their own mental health. 60% of health care workers believe that U.S. healthcare is not doing enough In 2023, unpaid caregivers provided 18.4 Billion hours ($350 Bn) of care

What it does

A GenAI based companion, that is context aware, and provides personalized messaging to make the senior feel comforted, safe, and loved. It will require access personal data such as photo albums, calendar, texts, maps, wearable devices, medicine & diet charts. This will primarily alleviate suffering of seniors, but also caregivers
