Early Alzheimer’s Detection System

The project aims to identify early risk of Alzheimer’s disease using AI-based cognitive screening.

It focuses on early-stage symptoms such as memory loss, reduced attention, language difficulty, and reasoning decline.

The system conducts short cognitive tests, speech/text analysis, and optional visual tasks to collect user responses.

AI models analyze patterns in memory recall, attention span, speech coherence, and language complexity.

Multiple cognitive indicators are combined to generate a risk score (Low / Medium / High).

The system provides explainable results, highlighting which cognitive areas influenced the risk level.

It is designed as a screening and support tool, not a medical diagnostic system.

Ethical considerations such as data privacy, user consent, and medical disclaimer are included.

The solution enables early awareness and timely medical consultation, improving intervention outcomes.

The project demonstrates the use of AI, NLP, and healthcare analytics for social impact.
