This project proposes a real-time tracking and monitoring system designed specifically for Alzheimer patients to ensure their safety and provide timely location information to caregivers. Alzheimer patients often experience memory loss and disorientation, making them vulnerable to wandering and getting lost. The system integrates GPS-based tracking, wireless communication, and alert mechanisms to allow caretakers to monitor the patient's movements through a mobile or web-based platform. The proposed solution enhances patient safety, reduces caregiver stress, and offers a reliable approach to continuous outdoor monitoring. The model developed demonstrates an effective integration of hardware and software components to achieve accurate and real-time tracking suitable for healthcare applications.
