The little story behind ALMOST
ALMOST began with a simple thought: Why do we only celebrate things that are finished?
A half-written story, an abandoned painting, or a dream we quietly outgrewβnone of these are failures. They were once filled with excitement, curiosity, and possibility. I wanted to give those beginnings somewhere to belong.
That's how the Hall of Beginnings was bornβa museum where unfinished ideas become treasured exhibits, and a little light can be left glowing beside them.
But I realized that not every unfinished thing needs to be displayed. Some memories simply need room to breathe.
So I created the Moonseed Conservatory, a gentle garden where thoughts can rest, memories can be written down, and nothing is expected to grow before it's ready.
Then came the Pocket-Sky Observatory, inspired by the idea that even journeys we never took might still have stars waiting for them. Here, every unfinished idea becomes a star, and visitors can connect them into constellations of their own.
Together, the three rooms represent remembrance, acceptance, and possibility.
And perhaps that's what ALMOST is really about.
Not convincing people to finish everything they started, but reminding them that something can remain unfinished and still be beautiful.
