Weather dashboards!
What it does
It provides information on the weather and other various useful information on cities in the Central Valley.
How we built it
We built the main application using Godot and GDScript, it also has a custom API written Node and ExpressJS!
Challenges we ran into
Trying to finish it in team, pivoting after we weren't able to fully finish a feature, and trying to learn how to integrate a web API with Godot.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Building the web API, creating the designs, and fetching the content in Godot.
What we learned
How to build an API, how to use internet information in Godot, and how to design an application.
What's next for AlmondDash
Adding more relevant information and upgrading the API to more modern and stable technology / infrastructure.
