Inspiration: In today's world, people rely on multiple apps and websites to access news, find jobs, explore educational opportunities, manage health information, and stay informed. This fragmented experience often leads to information overload, wasted time, and missed opportunities. AllPurp was created to solve this problem by bringing essential services together into a single intelligent platform powered by AI. The goal is to provide users with one place where they can discover opportunities, access information, and receive personalized assistance tailored to their needs.

What It Does: AllPurp is an AI-powered platform that combines multiple life services into a unified experience.

Users can:

  • Stay updated with global and local news.- Discover jobs and career opportunities.- Access health information and resources.- Explore educational opportunities and scholarships.- Receive personalized recommendations through an intelligent AI assistant.- Interact with a system that learns from previous interactions to provide more relevant results over time. Rather than forcing users to switch between multiple platforms, AllPurp centralizes information and assistance into a single ecosystem.

How We Built It: The project was built using modern web technologies and AI services.

We used:

  • Next.js and React for the frontend.- TypeScript for application development.- Tailwind CSS for the user interface.- Supabase and PostgreSQL for data management.- Qwen Cloud API to power the AI assistant.- Vercel and Alibaba Cloud for deployment and infrastructure. The platform combines AI reasoning, memory capabilities, and personalized recommendations to create an intelligent user experience.

Challenges We Faced: One of the biggest challenges was designing a platform that could support multiple categories such as news, jobs, health, and education while maintaining a simple and intuitive experience. Another challenge was implementing AI-driven personalization in a way that remains useful and relevant across different user needs. Performance optimization, information organization, and creating a scalable architecture capable of supporting future growth were also key challenges throughout development.

What We Learned: This project reinforced the importance of personalization and context in AI systems. We learned that users benefit most when technology can understand their interests, remember preferences, and reduce the effort required to find relevant information. We also gained valuable experience integrating AI services, designing user-centered experiences, and building scalable web applications.

Future Plans: Our vision is to expand AllPurp into a comprehensive AI-powered ecosystem that supports users throughout their daily lives.
