Inspiration

Nowadays, the market is filled with betting and lottery games out of which most of them are scams. This makes these websites untrustworthy for people wanting to play. So, I saw an opportunity to create such a platform which can be completely trusted and is transparent.

What it does:

AllOrNothing is a random lottery game in which different number of people join the game and a single winner is chosen out of them randomly which takes away the entire pool of money. Users can join with their wallet address itself which makes it secure and good for the privacy of the users. After the winner is chosen the winning amount is transferred into its wallet automatically which is another beauty of this app being on the blockchain.

How I built it:

A lot of research went into building AllOrNothing, as well as a lot of failed tests. Following weeks of research and consistent effort, I became addicted to making and interacting with unique concepts. With the blockchain as the medium, a passion to serve pushed the project forward irrespective of the fails.

Challenges I ran into:

We all know that Rome was not built in a day and many hurdles had to be jumped before success could be achieved. My biggest challenge was that I was working alone. Since I joined this hackathon late, I was note able to pitch my idea and form a team. Therefore, I decided to do it all by myself. Another challenge was finding solution whenever I was stuck at any place while building the project because still there are not many resources available but thanks to the polygon community for their support.

Accomplishments that we're proud of:

One of my major accomplishments is making it to the Polygon-buidl-it Hackathon. I started this project for trying it with my friends but now I am able to share it with the world using this hackathon. Also I am proud of myself for putting all those efforts and completing the project on time.

What's next for AllOrNothing:

I am planning to add some extra features. Firstly, I am looking to add some more variant of games instead of just lottery type. Secondly, I am trying to make it into a mobile app making it easy to access. Also looking to work on improving UI/UX of the platform.
