All Movement Matters: We Are Not Building Another Sports Tool - We Are Building The Data That Will Own Human Performance

Data is the new oil.
In 2026, neural networks can learn in seconds. Models are no longer the bottleneck. High-quality, structured, real-world athletic movement data is.

That painful truth hit me hard while watching talented players lose matches because no one could properly measure what actually happened on court. So I decided to fix it.

All Movement Matters was born from one obsession: Generate clean, rich, production-ready movement intelligence from any sports video - today for badminton and tennis, tomorrow for every sport on the planet.

What We Created

A zero-backen, browser-based Prototype of Match Intelligence Engine that takes a simple video and turns it into pure structured data gold:

  • Court mapped as a precise matrix using homography projection (pixel → real-world cm)
  • Player + shuttle tracking with dual engines
  • Physics-based shot hit & bounce detection
  • Live player analytics (distance, speed, acceleration, coverage)
  • Tactical minimap + dynamic heatmaps
  • Frame-by-frame telemetry
  • Rich exports: CSV, JSON, SVG Heatmap, Professional Match Report

The Deeper Truth

Most sports tech focuses on flashy visuals or complex models. We deliberately didn’t.

Our single-minded focus has always been the data.

Because when you have clean, accurate, scalable movement data - positions, trajectories, speeds, court control, fatigue patterns - everything else becomes easy. Neural networks will feast on this. Predictions that coaches can only dream of today will become reality tomorrow.

This is not limited to one sport.
We started with badminton because of its speed and technical beauty. Added tennis support during the hackathon. But the architecture is built as a foundation for every sport. The more matches we feed it, the stronger the data flywheel becomes.

Imagine the dataset we are creating: Millions of structured athletic decisions. Just like elite quant funds trained AI on decades of market chaos to predict stock movements with god-level accuracy - we are doing the same for human bodies and minds in sports.

Why This Makes Me Emotional

I built this because I’ve seen too many dreams die due to unseen margins. Too many athletes never knowing exactly where they lost the game. Too many coaches working blind.

This project is my answer to that pain.

Every centimetre tracked, every shuttle path recorded, every heatmap generated - is data that will help the next generation of athletes become unstoppable.

This is just the beginning.
From one hackathon project to a massive sports intelligence data platform that changes how humans compete.

Because in the AI age, data is the ultimate unfair advantage.

And I want every serious athlete and coach to have it.
