Inspiration
Quantum computing always seemed mysterious and complex to me. When I saw that this hackathon was open to all levels, I wanted to create something that would help beginners like myself understand the basics in a fun, accessible way.
I realized that most resources online are either too technical or too vague. That’s why I decided to build an interactive site – “All About Quantum” – that explains the key ideas, shows real-life applications, and lets users test their knowledge with a simple quiz.
What I Learned
While working on this project, I learned a lot about quantum concepts like qubits, superposition, and entanglement. Breaking down these ideas for beginners made me understand them more deeply myself.
I also practiced building a clean, user-friendly web interface, and improved my skills in JavaScript and UX design.
How I Built the Project
I used [React, HTML, CSS] to quickly develop a responsive website. The main challenge was turning complex quantum concepts into simple explanations and visuals that anyone can understand.
To make it engaging, I added a short quiz and visual icons for each key concept.
Challenges
The biggest challenge was the time limit! I had to simplify my initial ideas and focus on delivering something useful, educational, and easy to use.
I also struggled with explaining some quantum concepts clearly, but I reviewed several beginner resources and feedback to find the right balance.
What's Next
I hope to expand “All About Quantum” with more interactive modules, links to online quantum simulators, and maybe even a hands-on mini-game for kids and students.
Thanks for checking out my project!
