Inspiration

As someone currently looking for a job, it take me time and efforts to craft my resume in order to align a specific job, and be able to pass for an interview.

What it does

It will curate your summary statement, Cover letter and generate match score and gap list analysis to help you understand how your resume now aligned and what skills and experiences need to drop, add, or improve for better alignment.

How we built it

mainly prompt engineering and some use of simple math, examples and lastly some guardians

Challenges we ran into

Changing models was a bit challenging , but mainly it take time for trials and improvement.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I'm now confidently applying for more jobs than before, i can easily understand how relative my resume skills to the job requirements and i can easily use from my resume what is exactly relative to the job requirements and matches the company cultures

What we learned

I learned a lot more about LLM capabilities and I'm excited to learn more and improve this idea

What's next for AlignMyResume

• Database to store scores history, and build index to analyze job matches scores degree, and counts for other use for better user experiences like training model to generate accurate resume for personal use.
• Visual reports for score match over time.
