ALIENCRYPT

Inspiration

We were inspired by the theme of the hackathon "Space" to create a translator for an encrypted message!

What it does

ALIENCRYPT is a message encryption application that encrypts a user’s message and generates a unique key decryption for that specific user. The user is then able to send that encrypted message to another user. The application is able to detect their unique encryption key and decode their message accordingly, even if they are on a different device.

How we built it

We built it with TailwindCSS and Supabase to create a simple and easy to navigate user interface.

Challenges we ran into

This is our first hackathon event and we ran into lots of issues with errors! some of our teammates didn't have experience using Tailwindcss

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of finishing the working prototype!

What we learned

We learned how to use TailWindCSS and how to work around barriers.

What's next for ALIENCRYPT

we hope to finish our prototype and make it a working messaging app!
