What it does
Our app act as a aggregator/intermediary man, linking all the small accounting firms together with companies who is looking for such services.
How I built it
Not applicable. Prototype built with powerpoint slides.
Challenges I ran into:
-Reliability: Difficult in assuring that our clients trust this application and the information provided due to the lack of brand recognition. -Sustainability of our app: Clients only require such services provided by accounting firms 1 or 2 times a year (affects sustainability of our app) Difficult to ensure regular and sufficient customers traffic. -Selling point that make both the small firms and clients(Companies) to use our application regularly.
What I learned:
The importance of utilizing technology as a tool and including it as part of our solution. Design thinking: How it is useful in understanding the user(s) and ideating (coming up with multiple ideas)
What's next for Algori3:
-Create a website for our application.
-If a specific area of our app page receives more attention, we can consider to move conversion elements to those more attractive to users. Test and refine for easy usability. Heatmaps can help improve on conversions, increase sales, and keep prospects interested.
-Utilizing your marketing budget by consulting with experts, outsourcing relevant computric mechanism, and investing in high-quality software, subscriptions systems.
-Search Engine Optimization (SEO) standards to make sure our app is constantly updated with rich and relevant content, promotes a good user experience.
-Improve on the niche of our app (data points algorithm)
