Real estate is one of the most secure and profitable asset classes โ€” but access to it is limited by capital, geography, and intermediaries. CedRealm was born from the idea of democratizing property ownership by leveraging blockchain to tokenize real-world assets and allow global participation in real estate markets.

CedRealm is a decentralized investment platform that lets users purchase fractional shares of tokenized real estate on the Algorand blockchain. It provides:

  • Property tokenization using Algorand Standard Assets (ASAs)
  • Automated rental income distribution through smart contracts
  • A real-time investor dashboard for portfolio tracking
  • KYC onboarding and compliance via Supabase
  • Document verification using IPFS and on-chain hashes
  • Wallet integration with Pera and MyAlgo

  • Frontend: Vite + React + Tailwind CSS for fast, responsive UI
  • Backend: Supabase for real-time database, auth, and user management
  • Blockchain: Algorand SDK for ASA creation and TEAL smart contracts
  • Storage: IPFS for decentralized legal document hosting
  • Smart Contracts: Written in Reach/TEAL for rental payouts and trading logic
  • Wallets: Integrated Pera Wallet and MyAlgo for asset handling
