Our primary inspiration is to utilize the existing tools and research used by ISL to develop them a business model which will seek to: reduce costs, increase revenue and profitability, and decrease resource issues. We came up with Alfred the Predictive Analyst as our product and discussed the process in a Business Model. Our final product is a business model which details the entire features, capabilities, and long-term benefits of using Alfred.
