Inspiration

History notes are long. I wanted to create a way to better visualize the contents of a set of history notes so that a student could better retain their knowledge.

What it does

Generates a timeline from history notes.

How I built it

I used React.js and Moment.js to scrape eventful dates from notes and render them in an aesthetic manner.

Challenges I ran into

Getting all of the React components to play nicely

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Getting React to work, getting the timeline component to work
